The final cost depends on factors such as design complexity, size, stoning intensity, embellishments, fringe volume, and fabric selection. Ballroom dresses often require additional fabric, intricate embellishments, and more production hours, which may contribute to a higher price. The production time for a custom-made Latin or ballroom/smooth dance dress typically takes around 40 days. Standard shipping can take up to 2 weeks, while express shipping, which takes 4–5 days, is available for an additional fee. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production and shipping options at an extra cost to meet tight deadlines.
Getting your first custom-made dance dress is easy and can be tailored to your preferences in several ways:

Payment can be made online using credit cards or PayPal. Please note that full payment upfront is required, as it allows us to cover the costs of materials and secure the necessary manpower to begin production.
As all our dresses are custom-made to your specific measurements and requirements, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started. Each dress is uniquely tailored and cannot be resold. However, if the dress does not fit, we offer a free alteration service to ensure the perfect fit.
